Das Thema Weiterbildung gehört zum Lehreralltag unvermeidbar dazu. Stillstand ist ein großer Gegner der Schulentwicklung. Allerdings konzentriert sich in meinen Augen die Weiterbildung eines Lehrers sehr oft lediglich auf fachliche Weiterbildung. Der persönliche, außerschulische Bereich der Lehrkraft wird viel zu häufig ausgeblendet.
Dies nimmt jedoch jeder subjektiv anders wahr. Darum möchte ich in dieser Umfrage erfahren, wie es um die persönliche Weiterbildung der Lehrer bestellt ist. Daher wäre es super, wenn du kurz die folgende Umfrage bearbeiten würdest.
